Scot was flexible to work with us and some unusual requests in the parts of the work that we wanted to undertake ourselves which we really appreciated. We valued the ability to discuss problems and meet on site whenever needed to work through a solution which could be found to ensure the job kept on moving. At any time we were unsure or uncertain about something, Scot would take the time to explain to us the reason and logic behind what was happening so we were fully on board with what needed to happen.
As with all projects of this type, there were unexpected costs but Scot worked with us to ensure that these did not become unbearable and that we understood the reason for the extra costs and why it was needed. We found Scot and all his trades to perform work at a very high standard and were all very easy to get along with. It made a difference when we knew all of the trades by name and it felt like a team of friends working on our house.

“Scot Brown was recommended to me by an electrician that Scot renovated his house and I thought at the time that that was a worthy recommendation.
Scot did a lot of work at my place, on and off in a stretch of 3 years. He renovated my bathroom completely, he worked to stabilise a section of my house that was affected by water, and he re tiled my back yard.
Scot is very reliable, he comes on time, he is very clear about what he is going to do and what he can’t do. He manages to get a very good team behind him, electrician, plumber, tiler and painter. I left the house to go to work whilst Scot and his team was working there, I gave him a key to lock up when he finished and there was never a problem. He always listened to my ideas and accommodated when it was possible. Above all he is a really good guy.
I recommend him full heartedly and keep on using his services if I need to.
